Returns Policy – Bracelets. 

Every bracelet is handmade by us using salvaged ghost fishing gear found during our beach cleans. 

We take a huge amount of pride in what we do, all our bracelets are checked and double checked by us to ensure you will love your bracelet and it’s meaning as much as we’ve loved making it!

If you’re not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it no questions asked, simply send us an email and we will send you our returns form. Just email us at northsearejects@gmail.com. 

If after 14 days you aren’t satisfied please do get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss any issues with you.

While we only use the best quality materials we can to make our products, it’s important to stress that every one of our bracelets is handmade using salvaged ghost fishing gear we’ve found during our regular beach cleans. We feel this is what sets NSR and our products apart, and only adds to the charm and meaning behind your bracelet. 

We work hard to minimise discrepancies and ensure all images and descriptions accurately represent the products advertised. However in some instances the appearance, condition, slight variations in colour or quality of goods received may vary to those shown. We hope our customers understand that this is simply due to the nature of the salvaged materials we use to make our bracelets 

We subject the ghost gear we use to a rigorous multistage and environmentally friendly cleaning process. We use a non-toxic coating on all of our bracelets but the material can be abrasive so please remove if causing skin irritation. Unfortunately due to the nature of the repurposed materials we use we cannot accept any liabilities associated with but not limited to material cleanliness, condition, or skin irritation. 

We are passionate about vegan food and we want to promote the adoption of vegan cooking in a more widespread way, so from time to time we may share recipes on our channels. Any such recipes are shared for informational purposes, for use by persons at their own discretion and risk. We cannot accept liability for any adverse effects including but not limited to adverse reactions to food consumed, misinterpreted recipes or any injuries sustained in their preparation.
